Duties include staff supervision, program oversight, and development.  The Aquatics Director ensures the aquatics experience is safe, fun, and enjoyable for members and program participants. Key deliverables for this position include safety and risk management of our aquatic environment, high-quality drowning prevention, and swim lesson programming. Requirements: Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid Certification – we will certify.

Lifeguards must monitor swimmers both on the deck and in the water and provide assistance and protection when necessary. Candidates must be 15 years of age, able to demonstrate 300 yards continuous swim using front crawl and breaststroke, tread water for 2 minutes without using arms, and be able to retrieve a 10lb weight from 7 feet of water.
