We are excited to announce a couple of perks for the 2024-25 school year After School program. We will have an open swim time on Fridays 4:00pm-5:00pm and while enrolled you will receive a $10 discount off a program on our youth sports schedule.
We are also offering a new snack program called “Super Snack”. Our snack will consist of 5 different components: a fruit, vegetable, grain, protein, and milk.
We strive to continue to offer a high-quality after school program and are happy to continue to be a viable and trusted resource for our families and community.

Follow these steps to register your child today!
- Online registration opens August 1st for our Before and After School program!
- *Answer all the questions in the questionnaire. The system will time-out after approximately 30 minutes.
- You will need to ensure you have information including emergency contacts, health information, and immunizations on hand.
- Additionally, you will need to download the HEALTH HISTORY FORM, fill it out completely, and return it to Abbie at the Y, or email at acline@ymcanw.org.
- Check your email for an automated reply that enrollment was received.
- Print or download the policy book.
- Contact your child’s school’s bussing company as soon as possible to set up bussing to and from the program.
*No registrations will be accepted (or spots reserved) unless all paperwork is complete and a payment form is on file.
For School’s Out Days Registration Follow these steps
1. Register online by clicking on the link above
2. If you are already registered in our before and after school program you do not need to fill out additional paperwork.
3. If you are not registered in our before and afterschool program you will need to download the pdf questionnaire below and fill it out.
4. Additionally, you will need to download the HEALTH HISTORY FORM, fill it out completely,
5. Both forms must be returned to Abbie at the Y, or emailed at acline@ymcanw.org.
6. Check your email for an automated reply that enrollment was received.
7. Print or download the policy book.

Scholarship Information
Here at the Y, we understand that sometimes everyone needs a hand. We recognize that families have different circumstances at home and that it might influence a family’s ability to pay for care. We believe every child deserves the chance to grow and thrive in high-quality programs; as a non-profit YMCA organization, we work very hard to provide assistance to families that demonstrate a need. As the Y does in service to our community, scholarship options are available for out-of-school time programs. The Y strives to make programs available to all, including our before and after-school program.
YMCA School Age Program Fee and Billing Policy
- Fees are based off enrollment contracts.
- Direct payment of tuition fees is due weekly 6 business days before the Monday of the week of attendance.
- There is a $30.00 fee on returned payments.
- If 2 or more payments are returned enrollment will be automatically cancelled.
- Parents who are late (after 5:30 p.m.) picking up their children will be charged a fee of $1.00 per minute per child. This fee will be added directly to your bill.
- A two-week written notice from parents is required to withdraw the child from the School Age Program. Charges will be made for 2 weeks after the withdrawal notice, even if the child does not attend during these 2 weeks.
- There are additional fees for additional Y Programming
- Parents are responsible for calling when their child will not be attending and signing their children out at the correct time of pick-up.
Wisconsin Share Child Subsidy
- We accept the Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidy Program: https://dcf.wisconsin.gov/childcare/parent-portal/info
- Parents are responsible for using their MyWIChildCare EBT cards to pay their tuition fees.
- Parents are responsible for any balance left after MyWIChildCare payments, or their Parent Share. Direct payment of tuition fees is due weekly on the Monday of the week of attendance.
- Authorization of MyWIChildCare is required at the time of enrollment. Otherwise, parents are responsible for the full cost of tuition until authorization comes through.
