The 21st Century Community Learning Center will provide an array of supportive academic and enrichment opportunities for students, complementing the school day. This program is no charge for participants in grade 4K-5th attending within the Chequamegon School District.

- Answer all the questions on the Registration Form and Health History Form.
- Return forms by email or in person to Scott Schultz at sschultz@ymcanw.org.
- Wait to hear back from us to confirm enrollment.
- Print or download the policy book.
