State Representative Rob Swearingen visits the YMCA of the Northwoods Youth Development Center on Monday January 23, 2023. Representative Swearingen, who has been a long-time supporter of the YMCA in Rhinelander, took time to tour the Center, visit with the kids in childcare and hear more about the Y’s impact on families in the Northwoods.
