Parent-Child Gymnastics Beginner – Returns Sept. 21st
Children must be able to participate without their parents and follow directions. Children explore beginning tumbling skills that develop balance, body awareness, coordination, and motors skills while utilizing equipment stations. The class will emphasize growing self-confidence while learning to follow directions, listen, and cooperate with others.
Parent-Child Gymnastics Advanced – Returns Sept. 21st
Parents are required to help their children during class. Children will learn slightly more challenging tumbling skills that develop balance, body awareness, coordination, and motors skills while utilizing equipment stations. The class will emphasize having fun and growing self-confidence in a social atmosphere. This is a great class to prepare kids to be on there own during leveled classes.
Zumba Kids Jr. – Returns Sept. 21st
Zumba® Kids, Jr class is rockin’, high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities, and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.
Preschool Sports of all Kinds – Returns Sept. 21st
Participants ages 3-5 will learn in an encouraging and supportive environment while focusing on sportsmanship and teamwork. We focus on learning basic sport and coordination skills. Every week is a new challenge and activity. The goal is to encourage youth to lead an active and healthy lifestyle while having fun! Siblings that are not participants will not be allowed to remain in the gym.
Little Movers – Coming Soon
Little Movers focuses on the development of gross motor skills, balance, and coordination while encouraging social interaction between toddlers. This class combines movement, play, exploration and creativity for a fun and enjoyable morning. The participants will be exploring the outdoors during the Fall Session. Please dress accordingly. Depending on the child’s comfort level, parents are welcome and encouraged to come and participate or drop their child off.
Parent/Child Sports – Coming Soon
Parents can come and enjoy time developing their 2-3-year-old in a nurturing environment. This class requires parent involvement as we teach basic sports and gross motor skills. Parents and kids will play together in this class to stay active and have fun. Please drop your other kids off in adventure ally for this class to keep the focus on the participant.
Co-Ed Youth T-Ball: Winter 2
Ages 3 – 6
The Indoor Youth T-Ball Program is for girls and boys ages 3 – 6. This program focuses on sportsmanship and teamwork while these young athletes learn the fundamentals of the sport. The boys and girls will enjoy learning and be advancing the basic skills of throwing, catching, batting, and learning the field. Parents are encouraged to come, help their child, and share in the love of the game.
