HOLIDAY WELLNESS INCENTIVE – Gift yourself a healthy you!
This 8-week long fitness challenge is FREE to members & easy to join! Just follow these two steps:
1. Register at the Welcome Center and receive your punchcard.
2. Weigh-In and Weigh-Out in the Wellness Center with a Wellness Coach.
• Get your card punched 24 times to receive a FREE YMCA t-shirt!
• Participants that are below or stay within 2-lbs of their original weight will be entered for a GRAND PRIZE!
Program Period: November 11th — January 13th
Cost: FREE for members only
Weigh-In: November 11th – 16th Weigh-Out: January 13th – 15th
*Weigh-In & Weigh-Out in Wellness Center during Wellness Coach hours.

- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM -10:00 AM
- 4:00 PM-9:00 PM (8:00 PM Friday)
- 10:00 – 3:00 PM

- Simply check-in 12 times per month this summer and you get entered to win Y prizes.
- The program runs June, July & August
- There is a different punch card for each month
- Stop by the Welcome Center to receive each month’s punch card
- Scan in at the Welcome Center & get your card punched
- Receive a T-Shirt at the Completion of the 3 Months
- 1 Final GRAND Prize at the Completion of the 3 Months
