Melissa Krueger

Melissa is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who pursues a career in helping others achieve their goals while having fun along the way. She was a competitive long distance runner for over 11 years and is now a high school track and field coach. Melissa is interested in working with any age or fitness level looking to increase their health, build strength, lose fat and achieve goals in fitness and well-being. Melissa has a positive and motivating energy with a strong desire to help you succeed in your fitness and nutrition journey while achieving a fulfilling quality of life.

Mike Knudsen
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer – CPR/AED/1st Aid Certified

Mike started working out to keep up with his three sons. He enjoys a healthy lifestyle and staying active by weight lifting, biking, and playing volleyball and basketball. Mike is committed to assisting everyone in reaching their highest level of fitness potential. He can develop workout plans that fit your personal needs and adapt as you progress. Mike gets to know all members to help build community at the Y. Being focused, determined, and goal-oriented, Mike has a desire to work with all ages and fitness levels.

Joseph Boschke
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer – CPR/AED/1st Aid Certified

Joseph grew up with eight siblings, which instilled his love for teamwork and physical activity. He played soccer for four years, and skiing with family and friends is a cherished winter tradition. At 15, he was diagnosed with Lyme disease, which shaped his understanding of the importance of physical fitness. This experience fueled Joseph’s passion for training his body and mind for God, a commitment he maintains to this day. Joseph is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. He hopes to build his own gym and continue advancing in the field of Personal Training.

Carly Vehrs
ACSM Certified Personal Trainer – CPR/AED/1st Aid Certified

Carly has been in Personal Training for several years. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with an Emphasis in Sports Performance from Grand Canyon University. She also holds certifications in Personal Training from ACSM and a Nutrition Certification from Preferred Nutrition. She has experience with training children, young/advanced athletes, chronic illnesses, and more! Carly’s passion for exercise and wellness stems from playing sports her whole life and also her love for holistic wellness (mind, body, and spirit).

Marilyn Duschl
Active Older Adult Coordinator – YMCA Certified Personal Trainer – CPR/AED/1st Aid Certified

Marilyn has over 40 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She believes each personal training client comes with their own goals, barriers, and desires. Her job is to help them to reach those goals, overcome the barriers that have prevented success in the past, and give them a program that fulfills their desires.
