Healthy Kids Day

Join the YMCA of the Northwoods on Healthy Kids Day for games, nutritious snacks, family fitness demos, and more to kick off a healthy summer season. Let’s grow strong, stay active, get connected, and enjoy every moment this summer!

Activities include a Celebrity Chef Demo, Local Resource Fair, Family Games and Activities, Pickleball, Slide and Mushroom, and Open House

Schedule: 

• Open House from 10:00 am-2:00 pm

• Obstacle Course and Bounce House in Sports Complex 10:00 am-2:00 pm

• Doreen Colondres, Celebrity Chef Demonstration in Gathering Room 11:00 am-12:00 pm

      Includes taste samples of Quinoa Salad Bowl and Chicken Bites

• Mushroom and Slide will be open from 10:00 am-11:00 am

• Car Seat Installation in Parking Lot 10:00 am-2:00 pm

• Local Healthy Kids and Families Resource Fair in Gymnasium 10:00 am-2:00 pm
