My Success Story |
 |
Pam Brewer
I'm a certified personal trainer through AFPA. I have struggled with weight most of my life. Five years ago I lost a total of 120 pounds. At the age of 38 I ran my first half marathon. With obesity on the rise, I feel like I should be working with all ages who are struggling with their weight, based on my own personal experiences, but I'm qualified to work with any age and fitness level. I would give you a specific workout, based on your personal needs and fitness levels, using a combination of cardio, strength training, and flexibility training making it challenging and fun. |

Personal Training with Pam Brewer
The first 10 sessions with Pam, my goal when I started was to lose weight, improve my strength, balance and improve my bowling. After 4 weeks I started to feel better. I lost about 8 pounds and my bowling started to improve. I also found out after checking my blood sugar level, that it was falling Into the safe level and I was able to top taking medication. People were telling me that I was walking more upright. I was starting to feel good about myself and looking forward to working out every day, so I signed up for another 10 sessions of personal training with Pam! Now that I have completed the 2nd set of sessions the results are great! I have lost 13 pounds and my measurements are less than when I started. My bowling has improved a lot and now I can compete. I have learned a lot about the correct way to exercise and that form is just as important as increasing your weight and speed. Personal training has become a part of my life. The last thing about personal training is that I have gained a good friend Pam Brewer my personal trainer.
