Larry is a competitive powerlifter who currently holds 5 state USAPL records in his age/weight bracket. He has been weight training for over 30 years and competitively powerlifting for over 4 years. Being focused, determined, and goal-oriented, Larry has a desire to work with all ages and fitness levels. Whether your goal is building muscle, gaining strength, losing fat, or anywhere between, Larry will build you a program that will help you achieve lasting results. Melissa Krueger

Melissa is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast who has recently begun to pursue a career in helping others achieve their goals while having fun along the way. She was a competitive long-distance runner for over 11 years and is now a high school track and field coach. Melissa is interested in working with any age or fitness level looking to increase their health, build strength, lose fat and achieve goals in fitness and well-being. Melissa has positive and motivating energy with a strong desire to help you succeed in your fitness and nutrition journey while achieving a fulfilling quality of life.

Steve Augustyn
 ISSA Certified Personal Trainer - CPR/AED/1st Aid Certified

Steve is committed to assisting everyone reach their highest level of fitness potential. He has the ability to develop custom workout plans that fit your personal needs and adapt as you progress. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, his focus is centered on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as well as martial arts (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Marine Corps Martial Arts Program) and functional strength training. With an understanding of nutrition, he can also help evaluate current meal plans and suggest nutrient rich enhancements. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, increase aerobic endurance, learn a new skill or sharpen the ones you already possess, Steve is determined to help you achieve your goal and build confidence along the way.

Marilyn has over 40 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She believes each persona training client comes with their own goals, barriers and desires. Her job is to help them to reach those goals, overcome the barriers that have prevented success in the past and give them a program that fulfills their desires.
