Childcare Teacher
Location: Children's Learning Center, Rhinelander
Hours: 6:30 am to 5:30 pm Part time 29 hours per week
Rate: $8.50 - $9.00, based on qualifications
Duties: Instruct children from infants through preschool in activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth. Completed, enrolled in or willing to enroll in childcare courses to meet the State of Wisconsin Daycare Licensing Regulations. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, sit on floor without support for up to an hour, walk 2-3 miles per day, reach, bend, crawl, twist, and balance while providing custodial care of young children. Must model the YMCA core values.

Welcome Center Associate
Location: YMCA of the Northwoods, Rhinelander
Hours: Part Time - Up to 20 per week (Weekends and Weekdays)
Rate: Hourly $8.00 - $8.50, based on qualifications
Education: HS or GED. Must have strong computer skills and be literate in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Duties: Be the welcome face of the YMCA of the Northwoods. Great customer service skills. You must be able to multi-task and work independently. Must be certified in CPR and First Aid or gain completion of certifications within 90 days of employment. Must model the YMCA core values.

Requirements: Lifeguard Certification Necessary BUT WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE! CPR and First Aid Certification preferred but will train.
Duties: Lifeguard must monitor swimmers both on the deck and in the water and provide assistance and protection when necessary. Candidates must be 16 years of age, able to demonstrate 300 yards continuous swim using front crawl and breaststroke, tread water for 2 minutes without using arms and able to retrieve a 10 pound weight from 7 feet of water. Must model the YMCA core values.

Community Development Director
The YMCA of the Northwoods has an immediate opportunity for a Community Development Director. This is a newly created position that will require ambition, drive and the desire to succeed. Duties include financial development leadership through major campaigns, events and planned giving, private and public foundation grants management, strategic donor communications, and community relations. Position requires a four year degree in business administration, marketing, professional sales or equivalent. Previous proven work experience with success in collaborative projects and large grant awards.
