Group Personal Training
Get all the benefits of a trainer while splitting the costs with a couple of friends. Group training is available for up to 3 people.

Fitness Testing
We offer a 7-part fitness test featuring muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, recover, flexibility, core balance and body composition. See how you relate to national standards, or track your progress over time. You may also optfor the body composition test only.

Dan is an ACSM certified personal trainer, with a degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology. As a standout baseball player in High School, great coaching became second nature to Dan. Dan’s passion for strength training is applicable to all ages and fitness levels. Let him share his knowledge with you to help achieve your goals today.
Dan’s philosophy revolves around general strength training. He uses multiple techniques including drop sets, pre exhaust, negatives and super slow. His goal is to share his knowledge with you so his clients feel comfortable in a gym setting and have the ability to transition easily to creating their own exercise routines. Dan was also instrumental as a trainer in the YMCA’s Fit For life program, helping the group lose over 350lbs!

Stephanie is an ISSA certified personal trainer. She shares our personal trainer’s passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. She loves to work with all ages and fitness levels and can give you an appropriate challenge based on your individual needs.Her passion is for fitness and wanting to impact others.
She believes that the one quality she can pass on to you to achieve your fitness goals is, Grit. Grit involves working towards challenges while maintaining effort and interest despite failure, adversity, and plateaus. It’s never too late to get your grit on! Far beyond a weight loss class, this class will help you understand why diets don’t work, how to manage your metabolism, and give you the tools to take control of your life on a daily basis.
Her job is to EDUCATE, INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, AND EMPOWER you. You just have to show up, ready to learn.

You can chose from a single meeting where your coach can give you a fresh new twist to your current routine, or purchase more and your coach can help you develop new routines each month.
