organization. The facility is a year-round operation made possible
by the year-round members who support it.

Benefits include unlimited facility use including:
Membership Payment
Membership can be paid by monthly Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) via your checking or savings account, with credit card, or by paying the full annual rate using cash, check or credit card. Please call the Y for membership rates.
Membership Termination
The Y reserves the right to deny or terminate a membership if a member fails to conduct themselves in line with the Y mission.
Adventure Alley
Free to family membership 2 hour drop-in baby-sitting service is offered during designated hours for children 6 weeks through 9 years of age. Members using baby-sitting must be present in the building.
Membership Cards
All Y members age 10 years and older are issued a membership card when they join and will need to present it each time you enter the building. Members without proper identification will not be allowed access to the building.
Program Credits
Check to see if you have a credit when you sign up for a class or membership. Credit vouchers will expire one year after they are issued.
Family Locker Rooms
Family locker rooms are for families with young children and individuals with disabilities who need assistance changing. It allows for an opposite-sex assistant to accompany someone in need of help in the locker room.
A.W.A.Y. Program
“Always Welcome at the YMCA.” Visitors from out of state Y locations are charged a discounted rate of $5 for adult and $8 family. You may also purchase an AWAY punch card which has 30 punches (or visits) for a price of $45 for adult and $66 for family. The card has no expiration date and can be used from year to year.
Day and Week Passes
Day and week passes are available to anyone wanting to use the YMCA. Prices are available at our Welcome Center.
Tours Available
We would like to show you what the YMCA of the Northwoods has to offer you. Tours are available during operational hours.
Financial Assistance
The YMCA believes in providing membership and program services to all who desire to participate in the YMCA. The YMCA’s financial assistance program provides funds for those in need within our available resources. If you believe you may qualify for financial assistance, simply call the YMCA at 715-362-9622 to schedule an appointment.
Corporate Membership Programs
The YMCA of the Northwoods is currently active in pursuing corporate membership agreements with local businesses. The corporate membership program is designed for employers who want to promote healthy lifestyles for their employees. Please call Laurie Schlitt at 715-362-9622 ext. 106 for more information.
