12 Week Fit For Life (FFL) Program

Description:

Fit For Life is an extensive program that focuses on the intrinsic benefits of physical activity and promoting lifelong wellness. Through this program, participants are given the tools to make realistic and successful long term changes in their health and well being. Trainers work with participants to set and achieve individual goals and objectives, recognize and overcome barriers, and maintain motivation. The Fit For Life Program is designed for all levels of fitness and those who need the commitment of scheduled exercise.

By joining the Fit For Life community you gain the support and guidance of our professional Certified Personal Training staff, as well as, benefit from the power of belonging to a group of people with common goals and struggles. Instructors help educate and motivate participants with cardio-strength boot camps, weekly workouts, group challenges, educational wellness lectures and weekly weigh-ins.
