Child Care Director
Requirements:We are looking for a passionate leader to take our child care center to a new level in caring for our most precious resources, the children in our community. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Child Development Director is responsible for developing, managing and marketing of all preschool and early childhood programming.

We provide care in our Community Learning Center (CLC), an offsite facility specifically designed for childcare. This position also supervises one part-time coordinator as well as many full and part time staff. A 4-year degree from an accredited college in a child development field including at least 15 credit hours in child development, developmental curriculum planning, positive behavior management, health & safety, nutrition, family/community, or professionalism is required.

Previous experience and success in hiring and staff management, program development and implementation, and budget development and management is preferred.

Childcare Relief Staff
Duties Include:Responsibilities include planning, implementing and supervising activities for children infants through 5 years.
Requirements:Candidates must be 18 years of age; have completed the required education and experience qualifications as required by the Department of Health and Family Services, be able to get along well with others, possess problem-solving skills and be flexible.
Wage range:$7.86-9.44/hour

Childcare Teacher - Three Lakes
Duties Include:Part time Childcare Teacher for our Three Lakes Children’s Learning Center. Must be energetic, have a great sense of humor and a passion for the education of young children, please contact Angie Zastrow, Associate Childcare Director at (715-361-2820) This is a Monday through Friday position of 30-32 Hours per week with possibility of full time as program grows.
Requirements:Must meet minimum state requirements for a child care teacher.

Drop-in Babysitting - Volunteer
Duties Include: Must have a desire to work with youth ages 6 weeks to 9 years of age. Must be responsible, a good role model, active, willing to play games, a good leader, and help enforce rules when need be.
Requirements: Must be 13 years of age or older.

Generation Center - Volunteer
Duties Include: Must have a desire to work with teens mainly ages 6th-8th grade. Must be responsible, a good role model, active, willing to play games, a good leader, and help enforce rules when need be.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Group Exercise Instructors - Eagle River & Rhinelander
Duties Include: Effectively motivate participants through a group exercise class, develop a variety of routines, lead proper technique for warm-up, stretching, aerobic, cool-down and relaxation exercises and provide a non-competitive atmosphere.
Requirements: Candidate should have experience teaching group exercise classes, be motivated, flexible and love people. We will train the right person.
Wage range:$12-$15/class depending on experience

Lifeguard
Requirements: Must have an aquatic background including certifications in YMCA lifeguarding or Red Cross Lifeguarding and current CPR and First Aid Certifications. Must be knowledgeable of all rules and regulations related to the use of aquatic facilities.
Wage range:$7.00 - 8.00/hour depending on experience

Program Leader
Duties Include: Supervision of youth and/or adult sports leagues.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age and hold or acquire CPR and First Aid Certification. Previous athletic leadership preferred.
Wage range:$7.60/hour depending on experience

Swim Instructor
Duties Include: Must be able to correctly demonstrate and assess all swim skills, both on deck and in the water and should know the sequence of swimming levels.
Requirements: Must be able to motivate, evaluate and communicate with all ages and abilities.
Wage range:$6.50 - 8.00/hour depending on experience

Wellness Center Volunteer
Duties Include:Do you enjoy working out? Are you good with people and want to give something back to the Y Community? Volunteer in the Wellness Center.
