| Duties Include |
The branch executive, working with the CEO and other Association leadership, will manage the daily operations of the newly forming Eagle River Branch YMCA. |
| Responsibilities Include |
Staff and board development, collaboration with the school district, fiscal management, fundraising and the delivery of high quality program initiatives.
The newly created position will have opportunities to shape the future of this branch. After the successful completion of our Founder's campaign, we will be in a position to launch a Capital Campaign to construct a building attached to the new high school.
This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing and dynamic Association. The successful candidate will model the behavioral values established by the Association and will be an agent for positive change and the pursuit of excellence.

| Minimum Criteria Preferred |
Current budget responsibility of $400,000. YMCA Senior Director Certification and broad base of YMCA experience. Excellent verbal and written skills, public speaking experience. Proven fundraising background. Prior experience working with community leaders and must have vision for collaborative relationships. |
| Wage |
Salary Details: $41,000 - $50,000

| Duties |
Be an active member of the Welcome Center staff. Provide supervision and leadership of the Welcome Center functions focusing on member services, staff scheduling, clerical and accounting duties. Must have the following: prior supervisory experience in a business setting, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong customer service technique, proven problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be computer literate with strong Excel skills. CPR/First Aid Certified. Must model the YMCA core values. |

Child watch - Infant through children 8 years with fun activities designed to promote social interaction and play activity while parents are in the YMCA. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50#, sit on floor without support for up to an hour, walk, reach, bend, crawl, twist, balance while providing custodial care of young children. CPR/First Aid certified. Must model the YMCA core values. |

Must have a desire to work with youth ages 6 weeks to 9 years of age. Must be responsible, a good role model, active, willing to play games, a good leader, and help enforce rules when need be. |

| Duties Include |
Must have a desire to work with teens mainly ages 6th-8th grade. Must be responsible, a good role model, active, willing to play games, a good leader, and help enforce rules when need be. |
