Adventure Alley
6 months-9 years
Members and guests can bring their children to Adventure Alley morning drop-in baby-sitting service. Children are active and engaged with free play and group activities. Parents must remain on site. NPHS-Health Classroom

Fitness Fusion
Whole-body exercise with cardiovascular exercise and resistance training using various popular methods. We modify for the beginner through the advanced ensuring everyone is properly pushing themselves to the next level. Class offered mornings and evenings.
Fit For Life
A continuation for Y Weight participants that is open to the public! Weight loss is achieved through cardio, weights and whole body exercise. Weekly weigh-ins available.

Powerbeats
Use a stability ball and drumsticks and pound to the beat of lively music. Work your entire body as we change levels, positions, tempos and balls. Work hard and have fun.
Power Hour
Go beyond the cardio equipment in the gym! Increase your knowledge, strength, flexibility and balance along with charging up your metabolism for a higher calorie burn through out the day.
Saved by the Bell
Lunch time ½ hour. Take a break at lunch and come do a total body toning class with a kettle bell routine. Low impact class designed to get you back at work on time.
Senior Yoga Stretch
This program incorporates the use of a chair and other modifications to allow all ability levels to gain the benefits of Yoga.
Step 101
Aerobic exercise utilizing the step platform to burn calories and increase cardiovascular efficiency. No experience necessary!

Group Personal Training
